  1. I wonder what the new expansion will do to Battletech. I think it’s a good game, but I have some issues with it. I don’t like that heavy mechs are always better than light mechs, I don’t like that all the missions are essentially the same (kill everything in a stand up fight), and the game has a problem with QoL in terms of glaring bugs, a lack of basic features and the control scheme. That said I enjoyed myself quite a bit with the game, so I’m keeping an eye on the new expansion.

    Are the problems (or balancing issues) comming with the first Battletech DLC gone?
    maybe could catch up in a sale when the new one comes out.

    so, back to some Thea2….like it so far, but there are quite a lot things where i miss a hover-info.
    and some quality of life stuff with the movement of items/resources (need to drag everything in place).
    oh and the combat/card system got crazy :)


    1. I never had issues with the build, but I know plenty of people that did. I like what they are proposing. My biggest issue was the skull rating of the missions, so I want to see how that is handled. I would also like friendly fire on AoE attacks

      As far as Thea 2 goes, I’m all in. It took me a while to get used to Thea 2 in EA, but when I try to play Thea 1 I feel like I miss the Thea 2 mechanics cs too much.


  3. Something seems to be funny with the podcast feed again. I had to listen through the embedded player on the eXplorminate website.
