  1. thanks for the show, nice as always.

on the topics…i’d like to propose to make the next poll about kicking CIV6 out of the show :)
man, i realy don’t like it.
i may be alone on this opinion, but for a huge summer fix that they worked on for so many month i think it realy misses some fixes that are gamebreaking for single player, especially: AI diplomacy.

i like the development SiS is taking, i’ll most likely pick up the DLC when it’s available and play a few new games then.

  2. Good show as always, thanks guys!

I’ve been mostly lost in XCom:EW Long War, which has banished all thought of other games from my mind. That said, I’m looking forward to a more in-depth review of Aven Colony as I enjoy those types of games (Banishment, Planetbase, etc) almost as much as I enjoy 4X.

I think I own a couple of the Anno games but I bounced pretty hard off of them.. any recommendations from the crowd as to the best one to start with?

    • As the staff city-builder guy, I would go with the most recent entry – Anno 2205. Every entry improves on the last and 2205 really did a great job of taking what worked about Anno 2070 and ditching what didn’t.

I’m also working on the full review of Aven Colony, so you’ll see that soon from us, as well.

Overall, lots of good options out there for someone who likes that sort of game.
